The cost to run a successful PPC campaign is largely be up to you.  Xtropy Web Marketing will charge for two services: creating and setting up your campaign(s), and monthly management of your campaigns.  The cost for each will be largely dependent on the size and complexity of your campaigns.  Unlike our competitors who charge you a percentage of your monthly ad spend (which seems grossly unfair to us), we only charge for our time.  So whether you spend $100/month or $10,000/month on ads, our fee will reflect the time we spend managing, not your ad spend budget.
