What does Xtropy mean?

A lot of people ask us what ‘xtropy’ means. Well, here’s an answer. Entropy is the natural breakdown of all systems…like erosion for instance.  Extropy was a word coined in 1988 that’s essentially the opposite of entropy. It can mean using technology to create systems and order. We never really liked the ‘e’ at the beginning of extropy, so we started Xtropy. We tend to think that when you’re running around like a headless chicken, we can bring order, systems and results to your entropy.
